Rankings on Amazon are fleeting, so I struck while the iron is hot. I put my cozy mystery, Willful Obsession: A Lake Waluga Mystery, into a Kindle free promotion for three days. The response has been overwhelming, and somehow, I’m ranked 5th in this category: Kindle Store>Cozy Crafts & Hobbies Mystery. The hobbies in my case refer to gardening, since the story revolves around a Community Garden. I did a quick video to promote the five-star reviews and the ranking. In the works is a blog post to outline how I think this came to pass, but it’s an algorithm, so who knows. Anyway, here’s the video.
